Registration Instructions 

   A registration fee and tuition payment for your 1st month of care are due at the time of registration.

    The first tuition payment includes the final week of August and the month of September, when registering to reserve space at the beginning of the new school year. The registration fee for new families is $75 and for returning families it is $50. Registration fees and tuition payments are non-refundable, and are required in order to reserve a space in the program.

     If there is not room in our program at the time that you register, your child will be placed on our waiting list. After you submit the completed registration forms and payment a space in our program will be reserved for your child. Spaces are given on a first come, first served basis. 

   Teacher work days are included at no additional charge for students that are registered after school full time (attending 5 days per week). There is a fee for part time, before school only, and non registered/outside families (these fees are listed in our policy pages and on our FAQ's page). 

Required forms include; the main registration form, contact information sheet, program policy pages, and emergency information form, for all families. And for new families a health form will also need to be submitted (this is the same health form submitted to the elementary schools, a copy may be used). The health form (only) is not required in order to register, however it must be submitted by the first day of attendance.

 IMPORTANT: If you child has allergies and has been prescribed an EpiPen/EpiPenJr., an asthma inhaler, or has been directed to take Benadryl, OR  any other medications that are to be administered for emergency use only, we will need an "Emergency Medication Authorization Form" (included below). We cannot accept the medication authorization form that the school uses. We must also have the medication in its original container, with prescribing information on the box before your child may attend the program. We cannot accept expired medications.

Registration Paperwork

These forms are submitted at the time of registration for both new and returning families

Must include immunization record, and be less than 1 year old. We can accept a copy of this form (it is the same form given to the schools)

*IMPORTANT!   Submit this form IF:  your child has food allergies, asthma, or takes any other medication on an emergency basis. A doctors signature is required for this form to be valid. We MUST have the medication by their first day of attendance, with the prescribing information on the box. We cannot accept expired medications. As a matter of safety we cannot allow a child that has been prescribed a medication that is to be used on an emergency basis to attend without the medication and signed form in our possession.
